To attend the SSHCONFERENCE in Warsaw, participants may need to apply for a visa to enter Poland. Here we have gathered some required information for you to help you with the process.
Who requires a visa for travelling to Poland?
You won’t need a visa to visit Poland if:
• You are a citizen of a European Union (EU), European Economic Area (EEA), or Schengen Area country—you can travel freely with just a valid ID or passport.
• You are from a visa-exempt country (such as the United States, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand), and your stay does not exceed 90 days within a 180-day period for tourism, business, or family visits.
• Citizens of non-exempt countries may require a Schengen Visa (Type C) to enter Poland and other Schengen countries.
To verify whether you need a visa, consult the official website of the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs or visit your nearest Polish embassy or consulate: Poland Visa Information

How can you get an official invitation letter?
Once your registration for the event is complete, please fill out the invitation letter request form. The conference organizers will issue an official invitation letter to support your visa application. This letter confirms your participation in the event and can be submitted along with your application to the Polish consulate or embassy in your country. It is recommended to apply well in advance, as visa processing times may vary.
The invitation letter will be issued within one to three business days after we receive your request. Invitation letters will be issued upon confirmation of registration and payment of the registration fee.
Please make sure you have provided accurate personal details, passport information, and the purpose of your visit to expedite the processing.
If you require a visa, we highly advise obtaining an official Letter of Invitation from the organizers of SSHCONFERENCE. This letter can greatly facilitate the visa application process. Kindly note that Letters of Invitation will only be provided to delegates who have successfully registered, made the required payments, or received approval.
